Info Haven Productions, Inc. (IHP) is a computer technology consulting company located in Whitman, Massachusetts. Founded in 1999 and family owned, IHP provides clients with the latest in technology, designed specifically around their business and personal needs.
Info Haven Productions was started by James Stoffel, with one goal in mind -- to offer customers an alternative to the high markups, limited choices and more importantly, inadequate support common in the technology arena. And that is where IHP has flourished: By believing that the customer wants to be informed as much as the next person, IHP ensures that the customer is as comfortable in front of a computer as one of their own technicians. And that’s done by keeping the customer informed every step of the way.
IHP recognized another market of technically sophisticated clients -- people who would buy completely configured computers, as well as support peripherals (such as printers, scanners, webcams, etc.), if offered a good price. IHP designs and assembles its own fully configured PC-compatible systems for direct sale using high-end components. But IHP also knows the value of a "consumer dollar", and with that knowledge offers refurbished systems as well.
With the approach that the consumer is the key to IHP’s growth, IHP has strived to make the customer the center of attention in every purchase - large and small. Treating the customer with respect and professionalism has allowed IHP to move from operating in a home office to offering the same service in a local store.

James has been breathing and sleeping computers since his teenage years. With over 20 years of experience, ranging from computer programing to company network installations, he can easily answer most questions consumers have. And with the ever changing technology, James is on the fore-front reading about it if not working with the manufacturers to review product demos.
Even though James has learned a thing or two from a close peer or professor regarding technology, almost all of his years of experience in the realm of technology is self-taught. With this go-to attitude and self-determination, James has succeeded in running his business and retaining customers since the inception of IHP.
